Where there is Risk – there needs to be Trust


Consumer trust is a differentiator in all competing businesses but it will be more critical to those where the ‘consumer’ is or feels more more vulnerable. For example, most would say that trust in a surgeon is more critical than it is in car sales person. The pensions Industry has a huge responsibility for peoples future wellbeing and something that people feel vulnerable about. This article highlights the absolute need for Pension providers to generate trust. Without it people either move to a competitor, invest in something more reliable or don’t save at all.
